Toto is a charming little character who will capture your heart as he pleads to be let out of his crate. Once on a leash, he transforms into a social, curious adventurer, eager to explore the world around him. Despite coming from an overcrowded shelter in West Virginia, Toto, weighing 14 lbs, has quickly become a favorite among everyone he meets. With his low center of gravity, he may be small, but don't underestimate his strength. His love for people is much greater than any urge to wander off. Toto gets along well with both dogs and children, making him an ideal companion for families. Better photos are on the way! Angel Ridge Animal Rescue will be hosting visits on Saturdays and Sundays from noon to 3 PM, and you can schedule an appointment any other time.
