Java is an energetic young male dog, approximately 8 months old and part Lab/Terrier mix. He is medium-sized and currently weighs around 33 lbs, with vaccinations up to date. Java has not been tested with cats or kids but does well with other dogs. He is not yet house trained, but he is neutered and eager to find a home in Washington, DC.

Java is a sweet boy looking for his forever home or a foster family. At just 8 months old, this Lab/Terrier mix weighs around 33 lbs and is still growing. He's great with other dogs, making him a perfect playmate for your furry friends. While we haven’t observed him with cats or kids, the team at Lucky Dog is ready to share tips on integrating him into any household. Java is full of energy and is always up for adventures, whether it’s a walk, a run, a hike, or a chill day on the couch. This young pup needs ample playtime and social interaction, so expect lots of fun together. Currently living at a shelter in South Carolina, he’s eager to move to the DC area. Though Java is working on his crate training, Lucky Dog cannot guarantee he’s housebroken yet. The adoption fee is $460, which covers his routine vetting, vaccinations, and neutering.
