About Josh

Meet Josh, an energetic little guy who’s three months old, born at the end of June 2026. This suspected Jack Russell/Chihuahua mix is already full of personality and loves to be in the thick of things with his people. He’s mastered the art of jumping into laps and clearly enjoys being the center of attention, especially when he's maneuvering toys away from his sister. When he's not being playful, Josh loves to curl up for a nap next to someone. He’s a real snuggler and sleeps through the night in his crate without any accidents. He’s been respectful around other dogs and is indifferent toward cats. While he hasn’t been around kids, he prefers licking over nipping which suggests he’ll adapt well. Josh is also crate and potty trained and has no issues with baths or being handled. He’s currently in Richmond, VA and is up to date on vaccinations and preventive care. His adoption fee is $375, which includes core vaccinations, a microchip, and a neuter when he's old enough. We do ask that all adopters commit to ongoing training and socialization as part of responsible pet ownership. Ready to meet this loving pup? Apply today!
