Penelope is a delightful 1.5-year-old female wire-haired terrier mix weighing about 15-16 lbs. She's a true sweetheart, eager to cuddle and play. Friendly and affectionate, she gets along well with both dogs and children, making her an excellent companion for a family. Note that Penelope is not available for adoption until our event on 10/3/2026 from 9 AM to 3 PM at 9360 Florida Blvd, Walker, LA. To attend, you must get pre-approval. Remember, adopting a pet is a lifetime commitment, and we value this responsibility highly. The adoption fee, which is waived for this event, covers spaying, age-appropriate vaccinations, a comprehensive exam, and treatment for parasites.
