About Cloud

Meet Cloud, affectionately known as Billie. This young Siberian Husky is 2 years old and weighs around 45 lbs. With striking blue eyes framed by a soft black and white coat, she embodies gentle sweetness. Although Billie may not rush over to greet you, her calm demeanor makes the wait worthwhile. Once she warms up, she’ll snuggle right against you, ready to soak up affection. True to her breed, she loves walks and thoroughly enjoys exploring her surroundings. An active home is ideal for her, as she thrives on engagement and adventure. Billie is smart, having already mastered commands like sit, shake, down, and stay. While toys don’t pique her interest, treats certainly do—she’ll work hard for a tasty reward. At home, she settles happily, preferring a cozy bed to call her own. As she adjusts to her new environment, she may be a bit shy or hesitant in unfamiliar situations. A patient and gentle adopter will help her come out of her shell. Billie does well as an only dog, though a calm companion who respects her space might work, too. After being rescued from a high-kill shelter in California, she is now learning that the world can be a kind place. Billie is up to date on vaccinations and is scheduled for spaying in the first week of October. She's eager to share her sweetness with an active and loving family, preferably without small children, as the adoption policy favors homes with kids 7 and older.
