About Duffy

Foster or forever home needed! Meet Duffy! Duffy is a 1.5-year-old, 48 lb Schnauzer/Husky mix, who arrived as a stray from an overcrowded shelter. This cheerful, goofy guy is bursting with personality and eager to make new friends. His playful nature shines through as he loves engaging with other dogs, whether it's chasing them or wrestling together. Duffy would thrive in a home with another playful dog as a partner in crime, but he can also adapt as an only dog if given the chance for socialization with his peers. Adventurous by heart, Duffy is ready to explore the great outdoors, whether that means hiking, running, or just hanging out with his people. He's a clever and trainable boy, full of potential for those willing to invest time in his training. Currently, Duffy is still perfecting his manners; he can be bouncy and mouthy when he's excited. For this reason, a home with older, dog-savvy children would suit him best. If you're on the lookout for a fun-loving, active companion who will bring a lot of goofy energy into your life, Duffy might just be your perfect match! Duffy is up to date on vaccinations, microchipped, and neutered. His adoption fee is sponsored, so you can bring him home without any costs! What are you waiting for? Apply today!
