About Maddox

Maddox is a calm and gentle soul who thrives in a loving environment. Previously, he lived with a family that included children and other dogs, with whom he got along well. However, the family turned him in due to concerns about neighborhood hazards, which we can assure are no longer an issue here. While he is friendly with people and enjoys the companionship of shelter staff, he has shown a strong prey drive towards cats and chickens, so a home without those animals is best. Maddox walks nicely on lead, making him a joy to take out. He is now ready for a wonderful, permanent home where he can share his love. If you think you can offer him the affection he deserves, consider adopting him. Click apply to start the adoption process.
