About Jasper

Meet Jasper — a three-legged dog with a big personality! At 4 and a half years old and weighing 55 pounds, Jasper has been waiting for his forever home for three long years. It’s hard to imagine why, since this handsome boy has so much love to give. Jasper truly adores people. He thrives on companionship and enjoys spending time with humans. Snack lovers will find a friend in him as he’s always eager for a tasty treat! Though he navigates life on three legs, Jasper moves with ease and enjoys a laid-back lifestyle. He’s already housebroken and crate trained, and while he’s a smart boy, a little reminder about his manners now and then goes a long way. He enjoys the company of larger dogs that match his energy level. A feline-free setting is essential, as he doesn’t get along with cats. Additionally, he tends to get excited around younger kids, so older, respectful kids would be a better fit for him. After three years of waiting, Jasper is ready to find a loving family. Despite having three legs, he gives four times the love. Could you be the family Jasper has been dreaming of?
