About Mackey

Mackey is the kind of pup who spots an open car door and immediately thinks, "Adventure!" His playful spirit and energy shine as he loves to cuddle with his people. Recently, he's been gaining confidence and exploring beyond his usual boundaries, always ready to discover something new. This mixed-breed puppy is quickly learning the ropes. He now knows to go into his crate on command and settles down quietly inside. He's still refining his dining etiquette, as his excitement for meals sometimes overshadows his manners. Mackey gets along with other dogs and has a special bond with the cat in his foster home. He is indifferent toward goats and approaches the chickens with curiosity and respect. His passion for fun and car rides makes him an ideal companion for anyone looking to include a young dog in their daily life. Despite his energetic nature, he has no trouble settling down when necessary, making him well-suited for a busy household. Rescued after a harrowing experience of being hit by a car, Mackey has received the care he needed and is now eager to embrace the future. If you’re looking for a companion who thrives on both exploration and cuddles, Mackey is ready to join in your adventures.
