About Moon
Moon is a striking two-year-old Saluki-Lab mix ready to find her forever home. Her story of resilience is inspiring, having traveled from Kuwait to Canada after surviving a poisoning incident at just one year old. This experience left her with some visual impairment, making a stable and predictable environment essential for her comfort and confidence. Following her recovery, Moon has thrived in a specialized board-and-train program, where she has blossomed both physically and emotionally. Those working with her have noted her affectionate nature and intelligence; she walks beautifully on a leash, enjoys practicing commands, and has recently taken to swimming—such an enchanting sight! Moon would excel in an active, adult-only home that enjoys outdoor adventures like hiking and beach walks. While she's capable of living with other dogs, she also desires to be your only companion. A fenced yard is a plus, although not mandatory for a dedicated family. This loving soul has so much to give and is ready to be part of your life.
