About Shirley
Shirley is a charming 10-month-old Pit Bull Terrier who recently joined us after her owner could no longer care for her. Now in foster care, her sweet and goofy personality shines as she learns to navigate her new environment. She's a playful pup that loves both cats and dogs, showing gentle interactions with all. Timid at times, Shirley is gradually building her confidence in a supportive space. She's already house trained and crate trained, comfortable with having her ears and nails handled. After a lively play session, she enjoys curling up for cuddles and quiet time with her people. Shirley is looking for a loving family that will help her continue to gain confidence, showering her with affection, playtime, and cozy spots for napping. With her gentle nature and knack for being a good house dog, her transition into a new home should be smooth. We always recommend resident dogs meet new potential family members. If youβre interested in meeting Shirley, reach out to her foster mom at (757) 848-7471!
