Meet Bitz! Bitz arrived at the shelter from a tough situation, and it took her some time to feel secure here. However, once she trusted the staff and volunteers, her affectionate and playful personality shone through. She thrives on attention, leaning in for affection whenever she can. Bitz enjoys the company of other dogs, happily running alongside her buddies and occasionally breaking into joyful zoomies that bring smiles all around. An excellent leash walker, Bitz already knows the sit command, laying a great foundation for future training. At just over a year old, she has plenty of room to grow and learn more about being a beloved pet. It’s clear that she would flourish in a home where she can relax and build her confidence. She would do best in an adult-only home as she doesn’t seem to be comfortable with young children. If you have other dogs at home, we encourage a meet-and-greet!
