About Chico

Chico is as adorable as they come! At just six months old, this 7.5 lbs Yorkshire Terrier is looking for a special person who can offer plenty of patience and love. He’s happiest when he can sit by your side, soaking up all the attention. Due to his past experiences, it’s best for Chico to be the only dog in the home. He’s not comfortable around other dogs and doesn’t play well with them, so a securely fenced yard is essential for him. Walking on a leash is challenging for him, so having a safe outdoor space will help him feel secure. Chico is making progress with potty training—frequent outdoor breaks help, and he occasionally uses pee pads in his foster home. This little guy thrives in an environment where someone works from home, allowing him to feel secure and loved. If you’re willing to give him the time and security he needs, Chico can grow into the wonderful companion he has the potential to be. Ready to welcome a loyal friend into your life?
