About Cookie

Cookie is a 3-year-old, 35-pound snuggle bug who knows how to bring warmth to any room. After spending six months in a shelter, she quickly adapted to her new surroundings and seeks out affection from people. Her black coat gleams with brown undertones in the sunlight, adding to her charming appearance. While she thrives on human companionship, Cookie prefers to be the only pet and tends to have an alpha personality with other dogs. Therefore, a home without other animals would suit her best. To adopt Cookie, a fully fenced yard is required—no invisible fences, please. It’s essential for someone to be home during the day, and she is suitable for families with children aged 7 and older. Cookie is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped. The adoption process involves a $40 refundable deposit to hold her or schedule a meet-and-greet, which contributes toward her $100 adoption fee if you decide to adopt.
