Tootsie Pop was born August 2, 2023. Mom was a rat terrier and dad is likely a lab mix. Tootsie Pop is very smart and good natured. She would shine with a partner who will take the time to teach and train her or take her to training classes. She gets along well with other small dogs, and she wants to play all the time!
