About Hope

Hope — Because Every Little Dog Deserves a Big Happy Ending! Meet Hope, an adorable 3-year-old Chihuahua mix weighing just 8 pounds. Found abandoned in Fairmount City, her tale took a turn for the better when she was rescued. Now, we’re dedicated to giving her the happy ending she deserves. This tiny girl is a sweet snuggle bug who simply adores being held. Initially shy, she quickly warms up with gentle pets and love. Once she picks her person, she becomes an unwavering companion. Hope is wonderful with other dogs, showing a bit of uncertainty at first but soon engaging in play. She also gets along with cats and children, though due to her small size, older, respectful children would be best so she can be handled gently. She is making strides with potty and crate training and is typically quiet, with no mean bone in her body. Strangers often find it hard to resist her charm. Hope doesn’t require anything extravagant; she just needs love, a safe home, and plenty of cuddles to remind her she is worth saving.
