About Penny

Meet Penny, a 14-year-old Rat Terrier who is eager for her next adventure. Don't let her age fool you; this little dynamo, weighing just over 10 pounds, is bursting with energy. The moment you say "walk" or grab a leash, she’s ready to hit the trail, taking her time to sniff and discover every corner of the world. Penny came to Imagine FURever Ranch after losing a cherished companion. She was adored and described as her previous owner's best friend, always by his side whether they were lounging on the couch or settling down for the night. After his passing, she and her housemate, Jenny, needed a new place to call home. While we hope to see Penny and Jenny adopted together, they are not bonded and can thrive separately. Penny is looking for a loving family, a cozy spot to curl up in, and, of course, plenty of chances to enjoy her favorite word, "WALK!" After all she has been through, Penny deserves a new chapter filled with love and joy. Could Penny be the FURever girl you're looking for?
