Chelsea is described by volunteers as sweet and attentive. She stays calm in her kennel, walks nicely on a leash, and knows how to sit politely for treats. There’s a special charm about her that is hard to resist. At about 1.5 years and weighing 45 lbs, Chelsea is up to date on vaccinations and has tested negative for heartworms.
