Meet FARA! She’s a charming little lady at about 2 years old and weighing just 9.4 lbs. Her size makes her perfect for fitting in a bag, which means you can take her anywhere. While her exact breed is a mystery, she appears to be a delightful mix of terrier and chihuahua, with a scruffy, adorable appearance. Fara gets along wonderfully with dogs of all sizes, currently living harmoniously with 10 others in her foster home. Her sweet and laid-back personality makes her an ideal companion, especially for first-time dog owners. Fara has a calm demeanor, is quiet, and enjoys observing her surroundings. Though she hasn’t been around children under our care, we believe she would do fine with them. She’s also indifferent to cats, showing respect and curiosity without fuss. Potty training is a breeze for Fara; she goes outside and uses pads consistently. Rescued from the streets of Puerto Rico, she is spayed, vaccinated, fecal negative, and heartworm negative, eagerly waiting for her forever home. Fara is currently in New York, NY, but can easily be transported to many locations via in-cabin flights once adopted.
