About Charlie

Charlie is approximately 1 year old and a striking brown and gold tabby with lovely pale golden eyes. His warm and sociable nature lets him connect with people quickly. Charlie's biggest joy is playtime, especially with his favorite "Da Rat" wand toy; he's quite the stalker and pouncer! He also enjoys batting around small toys, chasing them across the floor, and engaging with his kicker toys. He loves lounging on his kitty tower or windowsill, observing birds, squirrels, and other wildlife. However, he should not be left unattended near open doors or windows, as he’ll try to catch whatever catches his eye outside. Charlie thrives on affection, giving head bumps, hugs, and those signature kitty kisses. He'll snuggle close at night, perhaps curling up on your shoulder or head, purring away. While he loves being with people, Charlie needs a home where he can stretch his legs, so an apartment might not suit him. It's crucial that he be the only cat in the house, as he tends to be assertive with other cats. Additionally, young children aren't a good match for him; he can become overstimulated during play, making it hard for little ones to recognize when he needs a break. Charlie is neutered, FeLV and FIV negative, and has his distemper and rabies vaccinations. His adoption fee is covered, so come meet this charming, playful soul!
