The transition was tough for Bean as he adjusted to life at the shelter, but he's found some great perks here: daily walks, treats, and plenty of humans to adore him. Bean is incredibly smart and treat-motivated, mastering several commands like sit, paw, and down quite quickly. However, he also has a strong will and prefers to live life on his own terms. While he may appear aloof, once he decides you’re one of his people, you’ll experience his affectionate side, with loving lean-ins for pets and snuggles. Due to his bossy nature, Bean would thrive best in an adult-only home without children. He’s not fond of cats and loves to chase them, so a cat-free environment is a must.
