About Dora
Meet sweet Dora! This little girl was found outside alongside her sister, Boots, and has taken a little time to adjust to the indoor world, which she initially found intimidating. Dora will need a patient adopter. She has adapted well to being inside and has learned to embrace the sounds around her. She's quite attached to her fake toy mouse, which she proudly carries around after her “big hunt.” Dora enjoys her morning wet food, savoring it slowly, and has a blast playing with her feather wand. You'll often find her observing her foster family as they tackle chores around the house. Approach her gently and patiently; she will take some time to warm up in a new environment, but those who wait will be rewarded with her love and devotion. Due to her timid nature, Dora wouldn’t thrive in a home with children under 12. While she appreciates having a mellow kitty companion, she would not do well with dogs. When you approach her slowly, Dora loves a gentle pet or head scratch, quickly followed by the sound of her purring. She is spayed, vaccinated—including rabies, and has tested negative for FELV/FIV. She is also dewormed and microchipped. Ready to give Dora the loving home she deserves?
