About Roo

Meet Roo, a delightful baby Chihuahua who’s only three months old. She came into rescue with her friend Kanga after surviving on the Reservation for some time. Since arriving at her foster home, Roo has discovered the joys of toys and snuggles, albeit with a bit of hesitation around new dogs and unfamiliar people. While she’s a cheerful and playful girl at home, she can be shy in new situations, especially with dogs other than Kanga. With some time and encouragement, she warms up quickly to people. Roo is looking for a loving family to share all her affection with. You can meet her at our Adoption Event at Pet Evolution in Arden Hills on Saturday, 9/26 from Noon to 2 pm!
