Penguin is a petite 9-pound Shih Tzu, just 3 years old. She came to us as a breeder surrender in Oklahoma and has been adapting well since arriving. This little girl is all about cuddles—once you sit down, she'll be glued to your lap, offering her sweet company. Though timid, Penguin is gradually gaining confidence in her foster home. She follows her humans around, eager for affection, and truly flourishes in the presence of children. As for other dogs, she gets along well with them and quietly crates herself during the day and night. While she's still working on her potty training, she shows improvement as she becomes more comfortable. Nothing would make her happier than finding a loving family ready to wrap her in warmth and care. Could you be the one to give her that?
