Meet Marley, a gentle and affectionate 9-year-old female Yellow Labrador Retriever. She arrived at the shelter with her friends after their former owners moved and left them behind. Understandably, Marley is a bit confused in her new surroundings, but the staff describes her as friendly and wonderful with both adults and children. Currently, she’s adjusting to shelter life, which can be a bit overwhelming due to the noise and constant activity. Marley loves her meals and is making progress with leash walking, though she still needs some time to settle in. We believe that once she’s in a quieter, more comfortable environment, her true personality will shine through. Marley is accepting applications for a Foster-to-Adopt situation, allowing her to transition smoothly to a new home while we complete her veterinary care.
