Meet Willa, a 6-year-old Boston Terrier who’s ready to find her forever home. Currently being fostered in Elkhorn, NE, she came to rescue after being released from a breeder and is still exploring all the joys of life. Willa is a curious girl who enjoys observing her surroundings and is gradually warming up to everyone. When called, she comes inside, but still needs a little work on feeling secure enough to approach her foster mom. Willa adores cuddling with her furry friends in cozy piles, and she's learning how to play, especially with her energetic younger sibling. This gentle soul values companionship with others, so a home with plenty of furry siblings would suit her best. She loves her chew toys, particularly Nyla bones, and has a soft spot for cheese. Willa enjoys snuggling under warm fleece blankets at the foot of the bed, where she sleeps soundly through the night. Willa needs a spacious yard to explore safely, along with a tall fence to keep her protected from the outside world’s unknowns. She also enjoys car rides, though she must be secured in a seatbelt for safety. She is working on her house training and leash manners but is making good progress. While she can be cautious around young children and is still shy with strangers, she’s sure to bring joy to any loving home. Willa has no special needs and is spayed, up to date on vaccinations, and microchipped. If you think you can offer her a loving environment with plenty of companionship, don’t hesitate!
