Riley is an energetic, house-trained Pit Bull Terrier mix looking for her forever home. She recently completed a boarding and training program at Burk's Dog Training, and comes with two free lessons to help her settle in smoothly. While she’s friendly and smart, Riley has an old knee injury that sometimes causes her to limp, making long walks and certain commands difficult for her. She would thrive best in a home without cats or small dogs. With a medium energy level, Riley enjoys the company of people but prefers a quieter atmosphere at home. She’s okay with new visitors but tends to keep her distance during larger gatherings. A kind yet firm owner who can guide her training would be an ideal match. Crate trained, Riley behaves well when left alone and doesn't attempt to escape her yard. After a playful day, she’s ready to curl up on the couch with you and enjoy your favorite shows at night.
