Meet Dax! This little guy has been recovering from a broken leg like a trooper, and soon his cast will come off! Dax, a young Maltipoo, is sweet and playful, and he gets along well with other dogs and cats. Once he chooses his person, he becomes a devoted shadow, always by your side. However, it’s important to know that Dax has significant separation anxiety. When away from his bonded person or in a crate alone, he can bark a lot. He needs a patient owner who understands that this behavior isn’t mischief—it's part of his nature. Dax is best suited for someone who works from home, is retired, or has a lifestyle where he can feel included. Long hours alone would not work for him. At times, he may be shy around new people, but once he trusts you, he shows his incredibly sweet and playful side. Dax is still being potty trained and has a beautiful curly coat that requires regular grooming. He is not the type to be an independent companion; he’s your loyal sidekick and will stick close by.
