About Frankie Jane
Meet Frankie Jane. She’s been with us for a couple of months, but this is your first introduction to her story—a journey that wasn’t easy. When she arrived, she bore some harsh injuries that took time to heal. Frankie Jane is understandably cautious around new people; she needs a little time to warm up. Give her a day to settle in (or much less if you bring treats), and she becomes a fiercely loyal companion, ready to snuggle and be your buddy. However, those first interactions can be a bit rough—she prefers to approach on her own terms. Busy environments like Meet and Greets can be overwhelming for her, so she’s happier at home, where she can chill out and enjoy some Netflix. In her foster home, Frankie is quiet, well-mannered, and attentive. With those beautiful brown eyes, she’s constantly observing to see what you need from her. Remarkably, she mastered potty training in just one day and never tests the waters with chewing mishaps. Frankie Jane would thrive in a homebody environment, so she may not be the best fit for outings to noisy places. She has a unique stature and seems to be a mix of Cocker Spaniel, corgi, and possibly some dachshund or basset hound. Frankie is around 30 lbs and about 2 years old.
