About Jennie

Jennie has come a long way from her challenging beginnings. Abandoned as a young puppy in St. Croix, she and her littermates faced the harsh realities of street life. Thankfully, they were rescued and brought into foster care. Despite attempts from two organizations to assist, Jennie’s foster mom was left to manage the pack alone, which included five other dogs. At 2 years old, Jennie has made it clear that she thrives as an only dog. She loves her human companions, often sleeping peacefully beside them while remaining alert to their needs. Her favorite pastimes include quickly solving toy puzzles, mastering obedience commands like sit and down, cooling off with a hose, and indulging in a delicious chewy bone. Her foster mom describes her as "super smart and very quick to learn." Jennie is spayed, heartworm negative, and up to date on vaccines. She’s house trained and would shine in a semi-active household, especially if there are older children. Currently, she's in St. Croix but can be transported stateside.
