About Grayson

Meet Grayson, a gentle giant with a surprisingly sensitive side. While he might look like a tough guy, he’s really just a big softy, estimated to be around 3–4 years old. Grayson was found in Brookfield, initially fearful and in need of a calm environment to decompress. Now safe at The Healthy Hearts and Paws Project, he's slowly learning to trust humans and embrace the comfort of being cared for. His short coat is currently in need of some TLC, but with good care and time, he’ll be ready for his glow-up. Grayson needs a patient adopter—one who understands that it will take him a bit of time to come out of his shell. He hasn't been tested with dogs yet and should not be placed in a home with small children as we’re still understanding his needs. Ideally, a foster home would be perfect for him to relax and learn what it’s like to truly be loved. If you can offer Grayson the understanding and support he needs, he could become a wonderful companion. Ready to take on this big-hearted challenge? Let’s get started!
