Rupert is house trained and up to date on vaccinations, but he does have special needs that require dedicated attention and management.

Meet Rupert! Rupert is a remarkable 3-year-old Bull Terrier who has faced more challenges than most dogs ever should. Found as an emaciated stray, he has shown resilience and remains a loving and joyful companion. This affectionate dog adores people and gets along well with others, both canine and human. Rupert is housebroken, crate trained, neutered, microchipped, and up to date on vaccines. He thrives in the company of his people and dog friends, eager to bring his warmth to his forever home. Rupert does require specialized care due to megaesophagus, which entails lifelong management. He needs medication and should eat his meals in a Bailey chair for safety. His ideal adopter must be committed to his unique feeding routine and ongoing veterinary care. Because of these medical needs, only those with Bull Terrier experience will be considered for adoption. Rupert has fought hard to get to this point. He is a sweet, loving soul who deserves someone ready to provide the extra care he needs.
