Meet Ohana, the latest addition to Murci's Mission Animal Rescue. She was transferred from a rescuer in central Washington after being found with a group of abandoned dogs in Moses Lake. Ohana weighs about 52 lbs and is approximately 2 years and 9 months old, with an estimated birthdate of December 19, 2023. Initially, she may be a bit reserved when meeting new people or dogs, but she gets along well with both, as well as with children and cats, given some time to adjust. Curious and a bit shy, Ohana loves to explore her surroundings at her own pace, shower you with kisses, and enjoy some belly rubs. Her athleticism and eagerness to learn suggest she has tremendous potential as she develops trust with a new guardian. Ohana is both leash trained and house trained, and she remains non-destructive when left loose in the house. She's comfortable riding in cars and prefers to stay close to her human, although she can jump a six-foot fence. It's best to supervise her outdoors for long periods. She comes spayed, vaccinated, microchipped, and dewormed.
