About Karon

Karon is a lovely young cat with a gentle disposition. Rescued from the Austin City Pound, she arrived at Mower County Humane Society a bit shy, but has made great strides in adjusting to her new environment. This beautiful gray and white Domestic Long Hair is not only friendly with the staff but also gets along well with other cats. With a little time to acclimate, she warms up nicely to new situations. Karon is spayed, current on vaccinations, and has tested negative for feline leukemia and FIV. Although she’s being treated for ringworm, she will complete her treatment by the end of September. Karon's ideal adopter is someone patient and loving, ready to help her continue to blossom. She is house trained and would do well in a home with children.
