About Wyatt

Wyatt is an 8-year-old chocolate Beagle who’s had a tough year, losing two potential forever homes. After his human passed away, he and his companions were taken in by Houston Beagle Rescue. He previously found a family, but they struggled with his classic beagle traits like food snatching and escape attempts when doors opened. Now in a loving foster home, Wyatt shines as a well-behaved and affectionate dog. He loves to snuggle with his humans and plays well with his foster siblings. Generally quiet, he occasionally joins in with a charming Beagle howl, especially when the other dogs get excited about squirrels or passing pups. Wyatt enjoys walks and has a blast doing his zoomies at the dog park. If you're familiar with Beagle behavior and can establish some food management strategies, Wyatt will reward you with loyalty and love. He truly deserves a forever home where he will be cherished, never to leave again. Adopt Wyatt and experience the joy he brings!
