Meet Skipper! This medium-sized female Pit Bull Terrier mix is an energetic and sporty dog looking for a forever home. Skipper came to Corridor Rescue in Houston, Texas, over two years ago, having experienced trauma to her front leg, which required amputation. Now a confident tripod, she loves to fetch and play, making her the perfect companion for baseball or softball fans. After a fun play session, she enjoys showing her cuddly side, snuggling close to her people. Skipper is learning basic commands but could use additional leash training. While she excels with a head halter, she still tends to pull. She does not get along with other dogs or cats, so she would thrive as the only pet in the household. Skipper may take some time to warm up to new friends, but a few treats and a ball will quickly win her over. Once she trusts you, get ready for endless fun and games!
