With his health improving, Joey has regained his energy and appetite, gaining over a pound since he arrived. He is fully house trained and crate trained, and he gets along well with both dogs and cats in his foster home. Though Joey can be vocal when it comes to guarding his territory, he is gentle and loves to sunbathe or curl up on a warm lap. He enjoys walks, and while he does well on a leash, he needs some additional training to work on his recall, as he loves to explore. A fenced yard would be perfect for him, allowing him to soak up the sun safely.
