About Penny
Penny is a super sweet young lady who embodies resilience and love despite the challenges she has faced. Arriving in emergency care with a serious chest wound from a suspected snake or spider bite, she required immediate attention for infections caused by antibiotic-resistant bacteria. Thankfully, with the right treatment, Penny is recovering well in her foster home, showcasing her gentle and affectionate nature every step of the way. Though still healing, Penny's spirit shines brightly. She's eager to be close to her favorite humans, making her a wonderful companion. While she’s been kept separate during recovery, we believe she gets along with other dogs. Penny is scheduled to be spayed in early November and will be all set to find her forever home once she’s fully healed. This lovable girl has a bright future ahead of her, and she’s ready for the right family to open their hearts. Your new best friend is just one click away.
