About Skipper
Skipper is an energetic and engaging pup in need of a loving home. Currently at Corridor Rescue in Spring, TX, sheโs been part of the rescue for over two years and is ready to shine in her forever home. Skipper is a tripod, recovering beautifully after a front leg amputation due to prior trauma. Her playful spirit is evident when she plays fetch, which is her favorite pastime. Whether itโs a game of catch or a cozy cuddle session, Skipper is always a delight to have around. As a friendly companion, Skipper gets attached to those she trusts, although she takes her time warming up to new people. Patience, treats, and her favorite ball usually help break the ice. Itโs worth noting that she would prefer to be the only pet, as she does not get along with dogs or cats. While sheโs learning basic commands and has excellent recall with a head halter, she still needs some guidance on leash training. Skipper can be a bit shy at first, but once she feels comfortable, her playful and affectionate nature shines through. If you're seeking a loyal friend who can also be your sporting partner, look no further than Skipper. Sheโs ready to find her forever home where she can relax and be adored. This lovable girl is waiting for the right person to share her life with. What are you waiting for? Apply today!
