Stellar is vaccinated and, while she is not housetrained yet, she is eager to learn with the right guidance. She will thrive in a supportive environment, where patience is key. Currently located in Princeton, MN, Stellar weighs around 15 lbs and is ready to find her forever home with an understanding family.
About Stellar Arriving D
Stellar is a sweet, shy puppy looking for a patient family ready to help her blossom. She may be nervous around new faces, especially if they're quick to approach, so a calm and gentle approach will help her warm up more quickly. Once she trusts you, Stellar becomes a bundle of joy, eager to play, explore, and be close to her people. She gets along well with respectful kids and enjoys the company of other dogs, although she can be a bit independent at times. While she might do well with cats, she hasn't had the chance to meet one yet. Stellar typically has a quiet demeanor but can get vocal during playtime. Since she’s still a baby, she will need guidance on potty training, crate training, and basic manners. She loves to chew, so providing her with appropriate toys will be essential. One of her favorite activities is chasing tennis balls, although she’s still figuring out that she should bring them back! Her quirky habit of sleeping upside down with her belly exposed adds to her charm. This affectionate girl is bursting with love, just waiting for someone to help her come out of her shell at her own pace. If you're looking for a loving companion, Stellar is ready to show you how wonderful this journey can be! Stellar is currently in Texas but will arrive in Minnesota on 9/26/2026. You'll need to pick her up at the Ruff Start Rescue office in Princeton, MN, between 9 AM and noon. Note that she is part of the Foster to Adopt (FTA) Program, meaning she will require further veterinary care once in Minnesota. As her foster, you’ll be responsible for transporting her to and from appointments. Click apply to start the adoption process.
