Lucio, a small Chihuahua, was rescued from a high-kill shelter in West Texas and is now ready for his forever home. He's friendly with other dogs and gets along well with older kids, so he'll fit nicely into a family environment. Although his interaction with cats is still a mystery, Lucio is known for being sweet and lovable. He will be arriving in Minneapolis on 10/31, ideally to a foster or foster-to-adopt home. Priority will be given to applicants in the Twin Cities metro area to facilitate vet appointments. Lucio has been altered, is up to date on vaccinations, and is house trained.
