About Johann
Johann, also known as the BIG GUY, has joined the rescue and is ready to find his forever home. This handsome 5-6 year old male German Shepherd is fostered in Greeneville, TN and is available for transport. Johann survived a tough start in life, often left to wander. Thankfully, he now enjoys the care of a former K9 handler who provides him with the love and attention he deserves. This big fella is on the heavier side, and some weight loss would help him thrive. He walks well with a prong collar and is always eager for playtime, especially when it comes to fetching toys. He requires an experienced owner, preferably someone familiar with German Shepherds or working dogs. Johann gets along well with large female dogs but does not get along with small animals or children. He would excel in an active home where he can continue his training and outdoor activities, as staying engaged is essential for his well-being. If youβre ready for a loyal, intelligent, and adventurous companion, Johann is waiting for you. Serious applicants only, please! Click apply to start the adoption process.
