About Socks

Socks is an adorable male rat terrier puppy, born on June 8th. His tricolor coat, featuring shades of brown, black, and white, makes him irresistibly cute, perfect for cuddles. After starting his life in a less-than-ideal situation, he’s Discovering love and care. When Socks was found, he was shy and nervous, trembling in the back of his former owner’s car alongside his siblings. Though he’s still a bit shy around new faces, he has shown remarkable progress and is ready for a patient owner who can help him flourish. Socks is familiar with a crate and usually spends time loose in a safe area, making him easy to carry outside for bathroom breaks. We’ve noticed he has a sweet nature and gets along well with our smaller dogs, but he would not thrive in a home with young children or larger pups. He’s had two puppy vaccinations and has been dewormed. A recent vet reference will be required for his adoption. Start your journey together with Socks. Apply today!
