Her short coat is a cheerful blend of yellow, white, and black. Payton is not house trained yet but is spayed and up to date on vaccinations. With her friendly nature, she is eager to play with other dogs, making her an excellent companion. Located in Andover, MA, she is ready to find her forever home!
About Payton Star
Meet Payton Star, a delightful 11-13 week-old (as of 9/14) Yellow Lab and Australian Shepherd mix currently set to travel to New England. This playful girl weighs about 19 pounds and is full of energy and love. Payton and her sister were found wandering near a jail in Tennessee, hoping for a family to call their own. Payton is energetic and friendly, enjoying the company of people and other dogs alike. She's confident and doesn't seem anxious in new situations. Although she hasn't interacted with children or cats yet, there's a chance she could adjust to them in the future. Payton loves story time, especially "Goodnight, Moon," and dreams of finding her forever home where she can share her joyful spirit. While she’s currently working on house-training and basic commands, she learns quickly and is eager to please. Payton has experience with crates for travel and is becoming familiar with leash training. Estimated to grow to around 65 pounds, she will be a large and loving addition to any family. She is up to date on vaccinations and has been spayed, and now she just needs the right person to help her flourish. Will you be the one to make her wish come true?
