About Gabe

Meet Gabe, a delightful 7-1/2-year-old Pit Bull Terrier with a heart-shaped nose just brimming with love. Currently in Ventura, CA, this big guy is on the lookout for a foster or forever home after being rescued from an overcrowded shelter. It’s hard to believe he’s still waiting for a loving family; he’s simply adorable! Gabe is a true companion. He adores humans and enjoys road trips, walks, and various outings. His playful nature shines through as he carries toys, pinecones, and sticks in his mouth, bringing them straight to you. He rides well in the car and walks nicely on a leash, making him the perfect co-pilot and walking buddy. Gabe is learning to self-entertain, so he'll keep himself busy, too. He’s currently undergoing some training, which should wrap up soon, and while he gets along well with some dogs, he might need a bit of help with others. Gabe has shown a timid disposition around cats, so that’s something to keep in mind. Weighing around 65 lbs., he’s all set for his next adventure. Can you offer him a place in your heart?
