About Percy Meet at

Meet Percy, your next gentle giant! This big, handsome boy is an estimated 3-year-old Domestic Short Hair who arrived at Castaway Critters after being rescued from a hoarding situation. Despite his past, Percy is incredibly friendly and sweet with both people and other cats. He truly just wants to be around his humans and his feline friends, soaking up all the love he can get. Percy is still discovering the joys of being a spoiled house cat. Toys are currently a little suspicious to him, but with a bit of encouragement, he’s learning that they’re meant for fun. It’s a heartwarming experience watching him embrace new things and reveal his playful side. While we’re unsure how he feels about dogs, a slow and proper introduction could work with a dog that is respectful of cats. What Percy truly needs is a loving home where he can continue to grow and learn about the wonderful life awaiting him. He’s affectionate, good with other cats, and just waiting for someone to say, “Percy, buddy... you’re home.” Click apply to start the adoption process.
