About Lacey

Ever thought of giving a senior cat a loving home? Meet Lacey, a deserving soul at around 11 or 12 years old. After losing her beloved owner earlier this year, Lacey was understandably disoriented when she arrived. With patience and a lot of love, she has started to come out of her shell, although she’s developed a bit of an obsession with being brushed! Those soulful eyes of hers look deep into yours, silently asking if she can trust you. If you answer positively, be prepared for a demanding brush session! Lacey sports unique chicken-claw paws, which are her trademark for making those adorable "grandma biscuits". She’ll need a similar environment of patience and compassion in her new home to truly flourish. Currently, she’s in a foster home in Lyons, where she shares space with her buddy Heidi. They can be adopted together or separately since they aren’t bonded. Lacey is spayed, vaccinated, and microchipped, ready for a fresh start. She will add so much warmth to the right person’s life. Ready to fall in love? Hit apply and let’s get started.
