About Nova

Meet Nova! This charming 47 lb young lady is around 2 years old and has a heart full of sweetness. Nova was a thoughtful gift, but her previous owner didn't provide the care she deserves, and now she’s ready for a loving home. Currently in a private foster home in Bastrop, TX, Nova is making great strides. She's potty trained, leash trained, and crate trained. She enjoys car rides and loves a good playtime session in the yard, showing her silly and goofy side with dog friends. Although she has a curious nature towards smaller animals, notably cats, she gets along well with dogs and children too. When meeting new people, she may come off as a bit shy, but her easy, polite manner wins hearts fast. While Nova is spayed, microchipped, and up to date on vaccinations, she has been tested low positive for heartworm. Treatment has begun and will need to be completed at home — her foster can provide guidance. Ready to make this sweet girl a part of your life? Click apply to start the adoption process.
