Johnny is a young male Labrador Retriever currently at our rescue in Tarrytown, GA, but he can also be adopted in the New Jersey area. He is scheduled for transport to New Jersey at the end of September unless he finds a forever home first. Johnny was found as a stray with his sister, June, and due to space limitations, they were placed in an outdoor kennel. Both will need house training once adopted. While Johnny is the more outgoing sibling, he can still be a bit timid in new situations. He's friendly and playful, always eager to meet new people. He gets along well with other dogs, but his behavior around cats is still a question mark, as he loves to chase chickens in his foster home. Johnny has been neutered and is up to date on all vaccinations. He has also been microchipped and treated for hookworms; he's negative for heartworms.
