About Dutchess
Meet Dutchess: From Stray to Sweetheart. Dutchess has had quite the journey. Rescued from the streets, she found her way to BARC Houston but faced dire circumstances due to a tail injury that put her on the euthanasia list. Luckily, her future foster mom, inspired by her story, reached out to save her—even from a cruise ship! Now thriving, Dutchess is one of the sweetest companions you could ask for. She loves playtime but relishes time spent snuggling up with her humans even more. Her loyalty runs deep, and she flourishes in human companionship. While she does exhibit some reactivity towards other dogs and would do best as the only pet in a home, her affection is boundless. Dutchess is currently at Mustard Seed Farm Sanctuary in Texas, eagerly awaiting her forever family. Could you be the one to give her the loving home she deserves?
